Anne Marie is a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor with over a decade of experience studying yoga and eight years of active teaching. Certified with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and currently completing her advanced 300-hour certification, she specializes in Hatha yoga.

At Collective Wellness, Anne Marie leads a slow flow class designed to move the body gently in harmony with the breath. Her approach is slower and gentler than traditional yoga, making it highly accessible for adults and seniors alike. She is passionate about helping clients navigate fatigue, stress, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation. Through her classes, students enjoy a calming, restorative pace and the meaningful opportunity to connect mindful movement with their breath.
